    PARTY INFORMATION

BOOKING YOUR PARTY

  • Party Bookings confirmations and changes can be done through the Party co-ordinator between 10 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until you have paid your $50 deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. Any promotional vouchers MUST be
    presented when paying your deposit.
  • We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Deposits may be paid over the phone using your Credit card.
  • Payments by cheque are only accepted up to 2 weeks before the party date.
  • No Food or Drink may be brought into the centre apart from a Birthday cake. Ask the party co-ordinator to show you our birthday cakes, lolly
    and party bags.
  • For parties with more than 10 children if there are any No Shows a Free Play voucher will be issued on request for each No Show.
  • Extra Children on the day will be admitted as general play entry and will NOT have food or a table setting supplied.
  • Food platters for your adult guests must be ordered 5 days prior to the party. Platters ordered after this will be supplied if time and catering
    permits. Platters cannot be cancelled on the day

 BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • If going to the party room on arrival we recommend a party start time 15mins before booked party time to meet all guests  before the
    party commences.
  • If playing first we recommend a party start time 1 hour before booked time to allow play time for your guests.
  • Final Party numbers MUST be confirmed at least 2 days prior to the party date as party room seating and catering cannot be amended on the
    party day!
    All children attending the party will be charged the full party price. (Children under 12mths are free). Children not attending the party are
    charged at the casual entry rate.
  • All guests must wear socks on the equipment
